Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to this website and eCanvas-branded websites and applications operated by eCanvas Ltd ("eCanvas", "we", "us", or "our"). By using an eCanvas service, you agree to these Terms. An application may include additional terms presented when you use a particular feature.

Using our services

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use our services lawfully. You must not interfere with the operation or security of a service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person's account, or use a service to infringe rights or distribute harmful content.

If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the Google account you use and for reviewing the permissions requested by the relevant application. You may disconnect an application through your Google Account settings.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, create, or process through an eCanvas service. You give eCanvas the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content.

Intellectual property

The eCanvas name, logos, software, design, text, and other service materials belong to eCanvas or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a service for its intended purpose. No other rights are transferred.

Third-party services

Our services may link to or work with third-party services, including Google services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. eCanvas is not responsible for third-party services or content outside our control.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep our services useful and available, but services may change, be suspended, or be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security, or other reasons. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, eCanvas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from use of a service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect a service, comply with law, address misuse, or manage a discontinued feature. You may stop using a service at any time. Provisions that should continue by their nature, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue after termination.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
