Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organisation details, support messages, and account or billing details where an eCanvas service requires them. We may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure our services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, and approximate usage times.
Google account and API data
Where an eCanvas application uses Google sign-in or Google APIs, it requests only the permissions needed for the application's stated features. Depending on the application and the permissions you approve, this may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile information, or data you choose to access through the application.
We use Google user data only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the requested eCanvas feature, and as described to you when you grant access. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except service providers acting on our instructions, where required to provide the feature, or where required by law.
We do not use Google user data for creditworthiness, lending, insurance, employment, or other decisions about a person. We do not use or transfer Google user data for personalised advertising. If an application stores Google user data, it is retained only for as long as needed for the feature, account, security, or legal obligations. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account security settings or by contacting us.

We may need to verify your request. We aim to respond within one month.
